Capstone is honored to lead Quality Control Management for Tampa's Westshore Interchange, one of FDOT District 7's largest and most complex transportation projects. As part of the Superior-Lane Joint Venture team, we oversee quality across multiple phased Design-Build Work Packages, helping ensure that construction activities are performed in accordance with project requirements while supporting timely, informed decision-making.

Beyond traditional quality oversight, Westshore serves as a proving ground for Capstone's systems-based approach to infrastructure delivery. By integrating engineering expertise, structured data, digital tools, and collaborative processes, we help project teams reduce risk, improve coordination, and strengthen quality throughout every phase of construction.
